Hello Parents,
It’s been an awesome time these past four (4) weeks for us here. Thanks for your continuous support.
C.A.T. : This is the fifth week since resumption and we will commence our C.A.T on Friday 8th – Thursday 14th February 2018 which will be our last day for the week. Friday 15th and Monday 18th February will be observed as Mid-Term break to ensure everyone is safe before, during and after the Presidential election.
Test Scripts will be sent home on Tuesday 19th February 2019 as the kids resume to continue the second half of this term.
School Council Meeting: This term’s Council meeting will hold on Wednesday 20th February as against our earlier slated date. This move is as a result of the upcoming elections. Please avail yourselves as issues pertaining to your child’s/children’s welfare will be discussed.
Open Day: We regret our inability to hold the Open Day as usual due to the slight adjustment in our school calendar. In any case, any/every concern can still be addressed as you channel them through the front desk, communication diary, email & school line.
Club Activities: Old and new clubs have been approved to run this term; Literacy, Music, Tourism, Etiquette, Dance & Drama, Science, Voice, Press and Bible Club
You can make further enquiries for sign up at the front desk, club time is 2:00pm – 3:00pm each club day.
Fees: We wish to use this medium to remind all those who still owe fees and outstanding to please make payments, as defaulters will NOT be permitted into class in the upcoming Continuous Assessment Test (C.A.T).
Inter House Sport: Our Second Annual Inter-House sport event will take place on Thursday 21st March, 2019 at the U.J. Esuene Stadium. We will appreciate parents’ contribution in terms of support, ideas etc. to enable us have a grand and fun filled day. Further information will be communicated as we progress in the term.
Accolades: We wish to heartily appreciate our parents Engr. & Mrs James Oba for their continuous support in celebrating achievers. We implore others to take this cue so that more kids will be celebrated in the next edition. May the Lord grant them continuous favour as they strive to put smiles on the kids’ faces.
Thanks to all our parents who made out time despite their busy schedules to join in celebrating and encouraging the kids. We are all working to have another splendid event come September 2019.
With mixed feelings, we wish to announce that Mr. Ekpe our ICT teacher is leaving us for further studies away. We wish him all the best in his endeavours.
As the nation prepare for the forthcoming elections, let us continue to pray for God’s protection and guidance. We wish everyone a peaceful time in the weeks to come.
